I’ve known Mama C since Junior High. She was one of my Bridesmaid’s. I remember walking down Elbow Drive with Mama C afterschool a couple days a week; she walked home that way, and I went to dancing. I remember being in English Honours with (and because of) Mama C. And I also remember her NEVER WANTING BABIES. She actually denied this once. But I remember.
***I do have to say here that my family will attest to the fact that I have many made-up memories from my past…but for the sake of a good blog post, just go with this***
I also remember the love I felt for my 1st born, and saying to Mama C shortly after that I would feel so bad for her if she never knew that feeling.
***This memory is totally true. We were at Luciano’s.***
Well, somewhere along the way, Mama C changed her mind. And I’m so glad she did. Meet Baby Annabel:

Baby V was tiny but very alert, and little girl K was so animated and funny, it was a joy to spend some time with them.

A few weeks ago, I got the pleasure of photographing this little cutey. She was so adorable, and nothing makes you realize how fast time goes, more than holding a newborn. That and how BIG they can get in a few short months. But for now, she’s little, and I managed to catch a few good shots, even though the little monkey refused to sleep. She didn’t want to miss a thing during her first modelling gig!

So, I got an iPad. On May 28th. Since then, I have done nothing else. Well, okay, that isn’t exactly true. Since then, I have done only the necessities. I have done a few shoots, but I haven’t blogged. Because, well…when it comes down to it, it’s pretty low on the list of necessities when you’ve got three kids (all of whom are fed, clean and happy, by the way).
Why am I blogging now? Well, it’s been a heavy iPad day, and it’s charging. And there you have it…me…all honest and stuff.
In all seriousness, I must blog now, because I have another newborn shoot tomorrow, and I can’t get behind!
The following are of my lovely in-laws & my nephew & my NEW nephew. I did some maternity & family stuff for them a few weeks ago, and got to follow that up with a couple newborn shoots very soon after…enjoy!
